Description of the Nokia 4.2
The Nokia 4.2 is an interesting smartphone that's available in black and pink. The processor is fine for everyday tasks and apps like as WhatsApp or Facebook. The phone comes with a standard 32GB of internal memory, and 3GB of RAM, which is more than enough for beginning smartphone users.
On the back, you'll find a dual camera that allows you to play with all kinds of effects, and you can take 8-megapixel selfies. The battery is a 3000mAh version, and the device is part of the Android One program. This gives you quick updates for both the operating system and security.
5.7-inch screen
Nokia is launching this device with a 5.7-inch screen, which has a small notch at the top of the display. They opted for an elongated ratio of 19:9. The resolution is enough for viewing websites, photos, or movies.
32GB of expandable storage
By default, you'll find 32GB of storage space in this device, which can be used for apps, games, or, for example, photos, music, and documents. If this isn't enough space for you, you can use a memory card. That way, you can store even more files, and always have enough space.
8-megapixel selfies and dual camera
The front is equipped with a selfie camera, which takes pictures of up to 8 megapixels. On the back, you'll find a 13 and 2-megapixel camera, allowing you to take photos with a bokeh effect. In these pictures the subject is sharp, while the background is a little blurry.
3000mAh battery
The Nokia 4.2 comes with a 3000mAh battery and that is enough for a day of intensive use. Charging is done via the USB port on the bottom of the device. The combination of hardware and software also makes it easy to get through the day on a single battery charge.
Google's Android One
This Nokia 4.2 runs on Android One, an Android version without all kinds of modifications. Advantages to this operating system are the speed and the update policy, which covers both Android versions and security.
